Happiness 101
We know that a child’s daily quest is to be happy, to play and do fun things and to be loved and cared for, though for many kids this is an uphill journey every day.
We also know that a child’s ability to learn and absorb information is greatly influenced by their emotional well being and the feelings they have about themselves, others in their life and the big world they are beginning to discover.
Prior to the age of six, research has shown, many negative self-limiting beliefs and pessimistic thought tendencies have already developed that will have an effect on the rest of a child’s life.
"Happiness 101" = Character Education
An Exercise in Happiness
Boosting self-Esteem, self-confidence and emotional intelligence are at the root of An Exercise in Happiness™ and children in this age group deserve to be given the tools to help them develop these qualities.
Well within the window of opportunity to instill emotional intelligence, children in third to fifth grade are also in the midst of developing beliefs about themselves, other people and the world they live in and An Exercise in Happiness uses techniques and activities to help kids lay the foundation for empowering beliefs that will benefit them for a lifetime.
The lessons within the character ed program, An Exercise in Happiness, are put into action through daily and weekly activities like gratitude journaling, emotional and moral strength recognition, goal setting and creative visualization, just to name a few.
Attracting Happiness
The Attracting Happiness™ program contains many lessons and activities similar to those in An Exercise in Happiness™ for third to fifth grade kids, but goes a step beyond by teaching older kids in the sixth to eighth grade the real Science of Happiness and why we feel the emotions we feel.
Recognition of emotions, moral strengths like compassion, empathy and altruism, understanding the power of gratitude and forgiveness, using our creative imagination through visualization and understanding the necessity of mistakes and failure are at the heart of Attracting Happiness™.
Like the character ed program, An Exercise in Happiness™, this is a thirty day program designed to instill a habitual way of thinking, feeling and being.
Life Without Limits
Personal Growth is a massive business in the United States. In fact American adults spend over $15 Billion per year trying to replace limiting beliefs and self-doubt and build self-confidence and self-esteem and to live their lives to its fullest.
Everyone wants to be successful—and teenagers are no exception.
Though many teens are urged to get good grades, many feel lost when it comes to setting powerful goals and creating the life they really want.
"Life Without Limits", character education, will help your teenager determine what they really want their life to look like and develop the courage to make it really happen.
